Freight Shipping Overview:
Most pallet racking orders are large and ship via LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or full truckload freight. Once your order is placed, our logistics team will contact you to confirm delivery details and ensure your location is accessible for freight delivery.
Lead Times:
- In-Stock Items: Ship within 2–4 business days
- Custom or Special Orders: Lead time will be communicated at time of order
Delivery Details:
- All freight deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged.
- A forklift or dock is required at the delivery location to unload pallet racking safely. If you do not have unloading equipment, please notify us before the order ships.
- Additional charges may apply for:
- Residential delivery
- Liftgate service
- Re-delivery due to missed appointments
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and destination. You will receive a freight quote before finalizing your order.
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, we’ll provide you with tracking information and carrier details so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged Freight:
Please inspect all freight upon delivery. If any damage is visible:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take photos of the damage.
- Contact us immediately at jaren@blpalletrack.com or call us so we can help file a claim and resolve the issue.
Return Policy
At BL Pallet Rack, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Return Window:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in unused, like-new condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Return Process:
To begin a return, please contact us at jaren@blpalletrack.com. All returns must be pre-approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Fees & Shipping:
- A 35% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Original shipping costs and return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and will also be deducted.
- Products must be returned via freight with proper protection to avoid damage in transit.
Important Notes:
- Custom or modified items are non-returnable.
- Refunds are processed once the returned items are received, inspected, and approved. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.
